- 25% weekend surcharge applies on Saturdays, 50% weekend surcharge applies on Sundays
- All equipment prices exclude room hire costs
- All prices quoted include GST
- We accept cash and direct deposit for payment. Cheques are accepted only if paid in full direct to Venue Manager at least 48 hours prior to event
- Bookings to be confirmed in writing with deposit at least two weeks prior to event
- Up until bookings are officially confirmed and deposit paid, these bookings will be regarded as "Pencil Bookings"
- Our standard deposit is $50 which is to be paid on confirmation of booking
- Confirmation of numbers is required no less than 4 days prior to event
- If numbers decrease inside of 4 days prior, full quoted price will be charged
- Cancellation fee of $50 will apply if cancellation is advised 7 days or less prior to function date
