Coolock Meeting Rooms offers three rooms which can accomodate up to 100 guests in a number of seating configurations. Our facilities are suitable for board meetings, teleconferencing, business meetings, education, private meetings, offsite training, seminars, small conferences, small business functions, product launches, corporate functions, interviews and many other applications.

Our premises are conveniently located in the heart of Launceston's CBD, with plenty of off street parking available nearby. Please click here for a map and directions.

Each room has access to a broadband internet connection, white board, TV, DVD and CD player, power boards, extension leads and lectern. In the Castley Room an electronic data projector and screen are also available. Iced water is provided with all rooms and catering can be arranged through the Venue Manager including:

• Morning and afternoon tea
• Finger food and sandwiches
• Platters and side dishes
• Breakfast menus and light lunches
• Simple hot roast meals or specialised boutique dinner menu
